Theses are modeled after 400 gallon cement style troughs used for feed or water for various farm animals. These have scale thickness, and do not resemble cheap toys.
 
These are injection molded by us here in the USA out of ABS plastic (same as legos) and can be painted, and glued. 
 
 
These troughs look great inside dairy barns, or outside in a pen.
